We found our little gem through the Detroit Land Bank. We are recent transplants to Detroit and chose this home for a number of reasons: It has great bones Most of the original woodwork and windows were present Much of the original plaster work was intact Huge basement with high ceilings. His siding and paint colors remind us of a turtle and we think it is just too cute for words,well it will be anyways....
