We purchased this house from the Detroit Land Bank Auction. We had not been inside until the day of the closing and had no idea what to expect. The hole in the roof was just the beginning. The house had been severely damaged by termites and much of the structure was damaged/gone. It has been looted of everything including the kitchen sink. But, she is a jewel that is starting to shine.
