I am a licensed realtor. I loved the location and I loved the size and layout of the house. I bought it last year and at that point I had already looked at probably 50-60 houses.
Projects
First, I upgraded the plumbing and electrical. Then I replaced all the drywall. In the meantime bathrooms and kitchen were being redone. I replaced the roof and windows and gutters. I put in a new A/C. I preserved all doors but sanded and stained all the floors. I preserved the old fireplace.
