Are you asking who can rebuild a wall of your house or how much would it cost? If you're asking who can do this, and assuming your house is brick, I would call a mason. I've personally used Brickworks (see our contractor list) and found their work to be excellent. There are other masons listed there as well.
If you're asking how much it would cost, that would be up to the contractor to determine that. I'd suggest getting at least 3 quotes from companies who do this kind of significant work.
