Financing Options

Asked by Laura herberg at 12:29pm on Nov 9 2019

I think I live in a historic district in Highland Park (I live on Moss Street, west of Woodward). But I don’t live in Detroit, so I can’t take advantage of the 0 percent home repair loan. I also bought my house just one year ago and don’t have enough equity in it to leverage that. What are my options in terms of getting low interest or no interest financing, or grants for major home repair projects?

Hi Laura,
There are a few different options laid out in this guide related to home repair help, some are available to Highland Park residents, most are income limited: https://brickandbeamdetroit.com/resources/detroit-home-repair-resource-guide
Please let us know if any end up being helpful to you!
Unfortunately, for private homes, no interest financing and grants are pretty limited, even for historic properties!

Many companies provide used car financing, but most pay special attention to your credit score! To be able to buy a car with a high probability, and at the same time receive very favorable conditions, everyone can use the services of the Credit Acceptance company, which can provide this. They always have very favorable interest rates, and positive credit acceptance reviews confirm this, so the buyer will get the care they need and save a lot.

Hey all. When it comes to staying informed about personal finance and financial modeling, blogs can be a great resource for insights, trends, and expert advice. One great resource in this space is WhitePage Studio's financial modeling consultants. Their expertise in building robust financial models helps startups and businesses present clear, data-driven financial projections that are vital for pitching to investors. Financial modeling is a key component in any business’s strategy, especially when preparing for funding rounds. In addition to consulting services, many blogs offer valuable content on these topics. For instance, blogs like The Financial Modeling Blog or Modeling the Markets provide detailed guides on how to create financial models and interpret financial data. These resources can give you a solid understanding of how financial modeling works and how it can help in strategic business decisions and securing investments.
