Away Luggage replacement part delayed

My Away suitcase’s retractable handle jammed just before a business trip, and I submitted a repair request via their support form with photos and purchase details, but haven’t heard back in over a week. Has anyone managed to get a prompt replacement handle or part sent out after a similar delay?
