Brick + Beam Detroit

Back in February, my car broke down about 40 miles from the nearest city during a weekend trip. I had allstate motor club at the time, and while the phone support was fast, the actual tow truck took nearly 3 hours to arrive. I was curious whether others had similar delays or if I just got unlucky, so I did some digging and found some of the stories there mirrored my experience, especially around rural response times. Definitely makes me consider whether to renew or look at alternatives.
