Trying to keep up maintenance with your home and don't know what to look for? We’ll talk you through how to do a walk-through self-inspection, so you can get (& keep) your home in shape!
What We'll Cover:
- A few things to consider before buying a house, what to look for when doing a pre-sale property walk-through, and warning signs in your own home
- What to look for in each room when doing a self-inspection*
- Overview of types of professional inspectors and basic replacement/repair costs
*Note that this is not an inspector certification course!
