Join SHPO historical architect Robb McKay as he covers the basics of the federal historic tax credit program, the applicant process, and the Standards guiding the work. Individuals new to the program and long term users can benefit from discussions of the post 2017 change in the program, the latest applicant forms, and currently trends in Technical Preservation Services interpretation of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
